A landscaping firm oroginally started by Aaron in highschool. We re-opened its doors last fall and have had a great year where we built a phenominal staff and re-established a client base made of some incredible people that we have really enjoyed getting to know.

Adeptio Consulting -
Our small business consulting firm founded in ’06 – targeted toward streamlining, strategizing and maximizing the efforts, time and income of the small business owner. Because we recognize that business for the entrepreneur isn’t 9-5 and because as a business owner your professional and personal lives – dreams, finances, time – often are the same, we take a  “holistic” approach to business building, looking at your business as a whole (from budgeting to marketing) and further your life as a whole (Where do you want to go and what is your BIG WHY? Spotlight Arts Academy - www.spotlightartsacademy.com
A world where immagination reveals genius – started out of a passion for children, music and orphans, Spotlight Arts Academy is a children’s musical theatre program founded by Mandy who hopes with this progrem to ultimately found a fundraising organization to provide support for orphaned children around the world. Mandy writes scripts, music and choreography for each show and absolutely adores spending time with her “thespians” each Summer. Spotlight received a great write-up in the Hendricks County Flyer this last year!

Our way-too-much-fun project to be able to help people at Christmastime, meet people along the way and hear some great stories in the meantime. This is a very interactive project – in short – we’re trading items in order to be able to auction a “final” item off at Christmas to use the funds for coats and Christmas gifts for people in our hometown (Well…and maybe for the time that we’re in the trailer our hometown might actually be YOUR hometown!) – as well as a donation to the Susan G. Komen foundation in honor of Denise – a hero, mother and example of how to live life magnificently! Y.E.S (Young Entrepreneurial Successes)
A passion of Aaron’s to help highschool kids get a running, hands-on start on building their future and building it big, based on their own inventions, ideas and concepts…  It is a comprehensive training program that would walk students through the disciplines and steps of entrepreneurship.

Mandy

Photography – I co-owned a small photography studio for a few years and have experience in event, architectural, portraiture, and travel photography, for both personal and marketing purposes. Additionally I’m comfortable with editing in several different applications. I’d love to grow even more in this field, and I would consider myself capable, and with a good eye, but still hungry to learn all I can. Most of the photos around our site I took and also have a web portfolio available upon request!

Writing - Everything from travel, fitness, food review to business planning/HR Documents and web copy. I greatly enjoy blogging for the small business owner – there seem to be a large number of business owners who know that blogging is a great way to get “value added” credibility, establishing themselve as an expert in their field – having the time, however, to blog regularly enough to keep clients and new traffic coming back…is another story. I enjoy helping entrepreneurs build and carry out a blogging strategy. I have had the priviledge of being able to do all of the above types of writing professionally, and do short stories/essays/personal editorial pieces for fun in my spare time.

Marketing/Design – Pretty self explanitory – I would love to do projects for Non-profits at no cost in my spare time. You’re welcome to ask for samples of what I’ve done.
